Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final.
Nutri Life Adventure Inc does not offer refunds, returns, or credits once payment has been completed, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or where Nutri Life Adventure determines that a billing error occurred.
Please review the product or service description carefully before purchasing.
Digital Guides and Downloadable Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned after access or delivery.
For that reason, purchases of digital guides, bundles, downloads, and similar digital materials are final and non-refundable.
Personalized 7-Day Nutrition Plan
Purchases of personalized nutrition plans are final and non-refundable.
Once purchased, Nutri Life Adventure may begin reserving time, reviewing submitted information, preparing materials, or otherwise performing the service.
Failure to complete requested intake information does not create a right to a refund.
Consultations
Consultation purchases are final and non-refundable.
If you need to change a scheduled appointment, please contact us as early as possible. Any rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
Missing a scheduled consultation does not create a right to a refund.
Coaching Programs
Coaching program purchases are final and non-refundable.
This includes situations where you decide not to begin the program, stop participating, miss sessions, or do not use all included features or services.
If scheduling changes are necessary, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes when practical, but no refund is guaranteed.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or that another billing error occurred, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.

If We Cannot Provide a Purchased Service
If Nutri Life Adventure cancels a paid service and cannot reasonably provide or reschedule that service, we may provide an appropriate refund, credit, or alternative remedy.
Nothing in this Policy limits any remedy required by applicable law.

If you have a concern about a transaction, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable payment-card rules or consumer-protection law.
